This summer, the boys played for Lake Park Little League again; Owen on the Rockies and Alden on the Astros. Owen also played on the more competitive Expos team. When needed, Alden would get to step in and run and sometimes hit. He gained the nickname "The Bandit" for his desire to take one more base than would be recommended.
